Wall Balls @ 20/14
Today we have an incredible gut check that has become a staple of the past few Mondays. Erg calories and wall balls are a fantastic combo that will test how fast you’re willing to go. We should aim to choose a wall ball weight that will allow consistent sets of 10-15 so that we can cruise through our wall ball sets each round.
