Workout Guidance:
“Hey Siri, define what does it mean to chase the pump?”
“Chasing the pump” is a term often used in the context of weightlifting or bodybuilding.
It refers to the practice of performing exercises specifically aimed at achieving a temporary increase in muscle size, known as the “pump.”
The pump occurs when blood rushes into the muscles during resistance training, causing them to temporarily swell and appear larger.
Today is all about chasing the pump on the push ups, and the pull ups.
Everyone will be walking sideways through doorways after this one!
