30 Wall Balls @ 20/14
10 Power Cleans @ 135/95
Today is all about the amount of rest we take on the power cleans and wall balls. We want to pick a weight that allows us to go for sets of 5-10 on the wall balls and quick singles on the power cleans. During these short breaks, we should think about different strategies that allow us to get back on the med ball or barbell more quickly. These include keeping your feet planted rather than walking away, and counting breaths until you get back to the bar. One of my favorite tactics is to give myself three breaths before I pick the barbell back up.
