Workout Guidance
Today we have a workout where to goal is to do large unbroken sets on the dumbbell. If we look at our three movements today, the one we’re most likely to find ourselves limited by is the DB push press. We want to pick a dumbbell weight where we could do 15 or more push presses unbroken when fresh, and we shouldn’t find ourselves reduced to more than 3 sets for the workout (so something like a 10-8-7 to accomplish our 25 reps). This workout is designed to be high heart rate, so we shouldn’t find ourselves especially limited by any single component today. Overall we’re looking for this workout to take somewhere between 15 and 22 minutes, where we’re mostly able to keep moving the entire time.
