It’s the most wonderful time of the year; When joy is as abundant as sugar and gift giving. But what is truly magical about this time during this godforsaken year you ask? The joy of destroying and/or demolishing the competition on a gingerbread house competition.

You see, it will be Friday Night (December 18th) in the year 2020, so don’t try telling me you have something going on. You don’t. And if you do, I will call the authorities or have your name sent to the TOP of the naughty list. Anyway, you arrive at TILT Waltham at 7:30 pm sharp to find all of your friends ready to have fun (demolish the competition) and construct some Gingerbread Houses.
What are the rules you ask? Good question because if this is going to be a cut throat competition, then we need rules. You will have 45 Minutes to complete construction and decoration. You may bring along your family to help you. But let me warn you, if you think it’ll be cute that you brought little Tommy your 4 year old son to help create your masterpiece and he half asses a Christmas wreath on the front of the house that ultimately end up looking like a glorified booger, It wont be cute. Because you will lose and Little Tommy wont be too happy, and neither will you. I don’t mean to be harsh but i do need you to understand the gravity of the situation at hand. There will be winners and there will be losers. Is there crying in Gingerbread House making? We will see.
We may not be able to pack the Chat like a frat house this year but we sure as heck can sit 6 feet apart divided by shower curtains on the gym floor and construct Gingerbread houses while we listen to the Trap Christmas Playlist. I BETTER SEE YOU THERE

How will the winner be determined?
Following the event, all gingerbread houses will stay at the gym.
When coming to the gym, TILT members will vote on the one they think is the best.
The winner will be determined on Tuesday Dec. 22nd! Winner will receive bragging rights!
*If you do not want to be entered into the contest, you can take your gingerbread house home with you the night of the event.
