struggled to get 2 strict hspu (1 abmat) and 2 kipping no abmat during warmup, but in retrospect maybe coulda done more reps of the 95-press.

got a couple ring muscle ups, trying to string them together. got a surprising strong pull on a second MU and ended up too far forward, close call, almost hosed my shoulder.
