WOD Guidance
This workout is simple, but not easy. We’re definitely looking for a lighter barbell today. On the power cleans, try doing 1-2 quick sets that add up to 9 reps. Then, do your final power clean and try to hold on to all your front squats. As you get in to your final three rounds, be bold and see how long you can hang on to the barbell.

In observance of Labor Day, there will be two classes on Monday, September 6 at 7am and 9am. We will be closed on Sunday the 5th.
Starting Tuesday, September 7, the 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am classes will be moved to 5:15, 6:15, and 7:15am respectively.
