Deck of Cards is a workout that we do with the whole class working as a team, so it’s important that we know how to scale. The most common way to scale deck of cards is to reduce the larger numbers, so that rather than doing 8s, 9s, and 10s on those cards, athletes are sticking to 7 reps the whole time. This allows the newer athletes in the class to keep up with the more advanced ones. Another scaling option is to shadow an advanced athlete, and only work for as long as it takes them to complete their set.

On Wednesday, September 1st there will be no 6:30pm class, so get your fitness in early!
In observance of Labor Day, there will be two classes on Monday, September 6 at 7am and 9am. We will be closed on Sunday the 5th.
