I did 30 for 10 rounds of Cindy last week but it was broken and was doing 3 at a time. Today was a set a 5-4-3-2 then 2’s and 3’s with 10 second breaks. Biggest volume I’ve done. Feel good

I did this at CFNE November 2015 (with Coach Max!) with pretty much the same mods (lighter wall ball @12# but only a red band for pull-ups) and finished the snatches…so goal for the next time is heavier weight and finish the snatches.
