Probably need to do more cals on the bike next time, was done pretty fast comparably. But fun workout nonetheless.
10 – 115# Pausing Snatch Grip Dead Lifts, Position 2 feels better today!, much more control there.
10 x 3 – 45# Snatches, honing the positions, scarecrow and catch (released hook grip) on each one. Trying to increase muscle memory for the move so when they get heavier, I don’t have to think about the movement so much.
So excited for bowling tomorrow!!
At CrossFit Nashville:
12-9-6 of thrusters and bar facing burpees, if completed in 4:00 or less, add four minutes to the clock (like 16.2 open WOD)
Thruster weight goes up each round, 45, 75, 95, 115
Made it through the 95# at the strike of 12:00 and stopped…much harder than it sounded on paper. Great WOD, excellent warm up, really good box to visit if you’re in Nashville.
