Thanks to the 5:15 and 6:15 class for the encouragement at the end of this workout, you all certainly got me under the 20min time cap. I was in a dark place and could just hear Max whispering “you gotta go”. I love when Max whispers in my ear… Hey NOW!.
Good luck to the other classes. This workout is seriously great. One of my favorites to date.
