60 Toes to Bar
EMOM – 12 Burpees
Today is all about picking a number of burpees that allows us to get to the rig with enough time left to get a good number of toes to bar in. Our set of burpees should take us no more than 30 seconds, so that we can get in about 5 toes to bar in the time remaining. This pace allows us to get the workout done in 12 minutes, which is about as long as we want people to be working on a day like today.
