Workout Guidance
During this workout, most of us will be limited by the amount that we’re able to clean off the floor. Expect your coach to spend a large portion of the warm-up reviewing the clean in order to maximize the weight that you lift today. Another aspect that makes this workout interesting is the timed aspect. While we might be strong squatters, we need to consider our conditioning as well, especially in the transitions between the sets of 5 and 10. This may mean that we go purposefully light on the high rep sets, to allow us to go heavier in the middle.
