Workout Guidance
We have two “up ladder” style pieces for our workout today with 3 minutes of rest in between. There are a couple things in this workout that might tempt us to go too fast in the beginning. Up ladders in general feel great to start, then we fatigue quickly as we get into bigger sets. Let’s take our time on the first few rounds so we head into the larger sets feeling good. 3 minutes of rest might look like a lot on paper, but odds are our arms and shoulders won’t be 100% headed into our second AMRAP. The smart athletes today will be going super slow on part 1.
