Let me paint you a picture…you are married to Olive Oyl, you have a child named Swee’ Pea, your enemy is Bluto, your buddy is Wimpy, and you survive on a steady diet of spinach. Sounds pretty great right? Nothing like a bunch of pull-ups and db snatches to make the transformation complete. Pick a weight on the db snatch that will allow you to do unbroken sets. On the pull-ups picking a modification that will allow you to do fives is a good place to start.
