Realized, when I was biking balls to the wall to get 20 cals, that biking hard was probably not a smart move and boy, it was NOT😳. It took me 1 whole and part of 2 rounds to complete those air squats 5 at a time. FrontSquat at 55# was higher than I would have done if I was using one bar for whole workout tho, so there’s that. Ooofff
Did the slantboard balance exercise in all 4 planes both feet, again!! Hooray. I was able to hold 30 secs for each one. That is huge progress!
