Today is all about finding a manageable break-up strategy for the thrusters and the pull-ups. The first two runs are an opportunity to rest and recover for your “Fran” portions of the workout. On the “Frans” let’s avoid strength-scaling, and instead use jumping pull-ups and lighter loads to get us to the full 21-15-9.
