On this workout we’re seeking moderate weights on both the clean and jerk and the wall balls. On both of these movements we should seek to do sets of multiple reps, shooting for sets of 3-5 on the clean and jerks and sets of 5-10 on the wall balls. Our jump rope should take us no more than 1 minute per round, although athletes who are doing 75 double unders should consider taking 1-2 breaks during that set.
