Workout Guidance
Today we have the second installment of the 2023 CrossFit Open, and we’re seeing some new movements! Burpee pull ups and shuttle runs should make for an interesting workout, for the first few rounds, try and push the pace on the burpee pull up and use the run as a bit of a breath catcher. These 15 minutes will likely feel longer than you want. For the thruster, maybe 2-3 attempts in this 5:00 window, so plan your jumps!
