This workout is sneaky. I’ll say it here and you won’t believe me until you do it – the step ups and push ups will MASSIVELY mess with your snatch. Choose a snatch load that is heavy but relatively consistent for you, and get after this thing. Break up push up sets early and often, and take a moment before snatching to stretch the shoulders a bit before trying to get under that bar. Make sure to pull back on the bar to ensure you land with the bar over your head!
