In contrast to yesterday being all about speed, today we’re all about pacing. We’re looking for even splits across the board here on both the run and the bike, so choose your distances and paces wisely. For this one, we’re aiming for :60-:90 of rest each round before going on your next run so if we need to reduce the bike or run distance down, we will so that we can be going at a solid pace instead of giving it what you’ve got and holding on for dear life for 35 minutes.
