Workout Guidance
Today we have an amazing workout featuring a bit of “hidden” movement redundancy. SDHP is at a moderate load for this workout and should be something that you can complete in 2 sets or better each round. Box jump over should be at a comfortable height and allow you to move fast. The name of the game today is speed – and we’re looking for ALL of it today.
