Workout Guidance:
Today we’re getting gymnasty – bringing back the pullover! We did these a little while ago, and since appearing at the Games this year, it looks like they’re here to stay. A tall box and 30 total reps of pullovers will be quite the challenge, but try to stay moving on these with a consistent pace/breakup strategy, and then push the pace on the runs!
