Workout Guidance:
A solid conditioning piece today, making our way around different machines. The goal here is continuous movement and staying at a steady pace on each machine/movement. This one is going to get sweaty and will be 30 minutes total – so choose paces that you can sustain and allow you to cruise through each part.
