Everyone’s favorite day! This is a retest from earlier this summer – the last test date was on May 3rd (5/3) so you can look back on your scores and see what kind of progress we’ve made! We’ve been running 2-3 times per week to build some capacity there so we should feel more comfortable and confident while running today than we did in May. Get after this one, and see what you’ve got!
